These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrafPilot software and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

TrafPilot is a software tool that connects to the Google Ads API to help you manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including reporting, keyword and negative keyword management, bid and budget optimization, and campaign and ad management.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the Service and for all activity that occurs under your authorization.

3. Authorization and third-party platforms

The Service operates on advertising accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize the Service to access those accounts through Google's official OAuth flow, within the scope you approve. Your use of Google Ads and the Google Ads API is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. You may revoke the Service's access at any time.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your advertising accounts and data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the instructions and changes you make through the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by TrafPilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC; TrafPilot is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular advertising result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke its access to your accounts. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
